Well Hi y'all! This has been a nice day, just for a change! I woke up feeling completely normal, not loopy as a floor rug, my usual state for the last I dunno how many days! I got up early, and Rob and I managed a chat on msn, and later a skype call. I still can't get used to writing his name, yay, it's amazing.

Well, then I jumped in a shower and did that pile of dishes I lazily left alone last night, and ate some breakfast, another thing I've been finding it hard to do lately. When everything was spick and spiffy I sat down with the keyboard and had a chat to some folks on msn. Then a pile of braille books arrived, and I had to smile! Did anyone see Ezzie's comment the other day, telling me to read The Hitch Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy? Well, I've read it a zillion times, it's a great book, but lo and behold, I'm reading it again, cos it was one of the books I got today! Talk about great timing!

Well, Mum and Geoff turned up in time for lunch, they brought sandwiches and cinnamon swirls, a lovely kind of cake, with them, and I ate lunch too, practically unheard-of! Rob's been seriously concerned about me not eating, think he thinks I'm going to turn into a stick insect overnight, I've assured him there's far too much of me to do that, but Gees! It's so nice to be cared about, I just cant tell you! Anyway, after lunch we read the mail, and wow! My cheque from J has finally turned up! Double wooty woot with a cherry on!

We drove up to the bank and paid it straight in, so now I can pay my bills, and get closure at long long last! I'm so so so glad! When we got back, Mum and Geoff did a couple of little jobs for me, hung a picture and stuff, then went home. Rob was just waking up, and we just talked on MSN, yay! If it weren't for the fact that this damn tooth is hurting like heck, I'd be bouncing today! But even there I've been lucky! managed to get a cancelation on Monday, so Dentist for me, and I'll get it dealt with.

He's still here. Mr. Migraine. I'm bored out my frickin face cos I haven't got any books. Well I got my Stephen Kings, and stuff, but I've read em all a million times. Oh well, I'm reading one again.

Today I had to transfer some money from one bank account into another. Except I've never done it before. And I don't have paypal. So I get on the phone to a clone with a drone, and he says my security isn't high enough. So I have to ring another number, and enroll for higher security. Except that this person needs this munsk, but I'll have to send a cheque now. So it's going to have to be done as soon as I can get some eyes, which will be when Suki gets home from work. I call J to let him know the form, which I need to sign for higher security, is coming, and needs to be sent to me. He's checked my bank statement, and asks why my savings aren't going up. I explain why, and he grouches, but it's not as bad as it could have been. God, I wish I could get my own place, so I wouldn't have to run everything past him!

So the Migraine is raging in my head, and I have to go back to bed, but I can't settle. I sleep and dream of bank officials in ballet dresses, and booming voiced people who need munsk from me, yelling at me because they haven't got it, and mile long queues at banks which turn out to be sweet shops instead.

I wake up to find I'm running a temperature. Suki's home, and her nice cheerful voice bangs nails into my head. I ask Kris to ask her to come up, but he forgets, so I wobble down to her. We get the business done in the end. I get the cheque and the letter to the housing officer in the post at last! yay! then I see who's around and have some nice dingage with chiming_magic and afro_thunder and gwennybird who really likes our Podcast, which cheers me up a whole load.

I'm still full of aches, and hot hot hot, but can't lie in bed any more. Please God this thing goes away tomorrow! Think I'll have a game. See y'all!
